Any breach of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 2038 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfers.
Deposit
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after, depending on your chosen payment method. We are not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 2038 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until identity verification is complete.
